Coffee Drinks

Try these recipes to add some variety to your coffee drinking!

ICED CAPPUCCINO
  • 60 oz. brewed dark roasted coffee
  • 8 oz. milk
Add milk to cooled coffee. Pour into a pitcher and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Pour over ice. Serves 8 to 10.
COFFEE TROPICAL
  • 1 1/2 C. brewed dark roasted
  • 1 tsp. sugar
Fill blender 1/2 full with cracked ice. Add ingredients and blend until thich and frothy. Pour into tall glasses, adding more ice if desired. Serves 4.
CHOCOLATE AMARETTO SMOOTHIE
  • 6 oz. Dublin's Amaretto Coffee
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

Put ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serves 2.

 

MOCHA FROSTY
  • 1 cup brewed Mocha Java
    (or any other dark roast)
  • 6 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
Place hot coffee and chocolate syrup in blender. Blend until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Pour into a medium sized bowl. Add softened ice cream and beat until smooth with a rotary beater. Spoon into tall glasses and serve immediately. Serves 4.

CAFE MOCHA

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 oz. chocolate syrup
Mix ingredients. Fill the remainder of the cup with foamed milk. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
