| A very special, double
roasted coffee. I use all of the senses when roasting the espresso
bean. It is a challenge to roast, and causes the master roaster to
be on their toes. Only moments away from being charcoal, this bean
can handle high temperatures, and delivers wonderful flavor. |
I successfully blend two
magnificent beans to their maximum heated potential. This is a
challenge, and continues to amaze me with the aroma and taste that
is derived from the blending process. I enjoy roasting the beans
separately, and joining them once they have cooled. |
You can use this in just
about any brewing method; from percolator to espresso machine. The
deep color, full bodied taste, and very sweet aroma will keep you
coming back to this dark roast. |
