I have been roasting coffee for more than ten years, and am truly dedicated to the art of coffee roasting. The taste and freshness of this coffee is second to none. I roast my coffee in small batches, and only per order. This process ensures quality and customer satisfaction--the mission of this company.
Please note: In order to balance the rising cost of both fuel and raw beans with our abilities to provide you with an outstanding cup of coffee on a consistent basis, we have had to recently increase our prices.

Coffee Trivia!

Legend has it that it was a shepherd that
first discovered coffee.
He noticed that, after eating the reddish
berries from a certain evergreen bush, his goats became very
active (no word on if they asked for donuts).
He tried to taste them himself, but
finding them very hard to chew he took them back to his
village. Once there, he tried roasting them, and found
that they were much easier to chew and also found that they
gave him a real kick in the metabolism.
Eventually, the villagers began crushing
the seeds and pouring boiling water over them to create what
we now know as coffee
